Hi All,

Unfortunately the Functional Neurological Team are not able to both come to the meeting on the 13th September. So we will hold an AGM and please bring in some cases or anything relevant for discussion. It has been a long time since we all met.

I do need to give numbers and menu choices this week so I would be grateful if you could all email me in ortho@live.co.uk with your confirmation and I will send you your menu choices and I would be grateful for a reply asap.

See you on the 13th at Haydock Holiday Inn 1830 onwards.
