SECEC YOUNG FORUM:
Students Interns, Residents, Specialists (who are not yet independent) show great interest in shoulder and elbow surgery can apply for this panel (easy access -  closed Facebook group: SECEC YOUNG FORUM )
YF participants need to be a member of the national orthopaedic society 
or a student of Medical University

Advantage of YOUNG FORUM:

  • Easier access to information about meeting, webinars, courses, fellowships
    (YF member can easy post information on Facebook) 
  • Discount fee to the congress- as for Junior SECEC Member
  • Easier access to Junior SECEC Member
  • Access to: for ex. Webinar- lectures or operation online- live, or live streaming from the conference
  • Exchange of information of educational and research opportunities 
  • Easier access to article published by SECEC members 

Aims:

  • Encourage young and interested residents in clinical and scientific work
  • Help residents to get specialised in shoulder and elbow surgery
  • Initiate multicentre studies and establish an international network
  • Work together with committees of SECEC 
  • Encourage to write papers / young reviewers
  • Establish Facebook forum as an easy way to communicate- close group only for members. Post information about YF on SECEC website. SECEC has it own fb website and Facebook account.  Information flow- about fellowships, cadaver labs, conferences, meeting ext. 
  • During SECEC meeting- young forum session – short in the beginning
  • Social media based forum to discuss –clinical cases, live streaming lectures ext. In the begging live streaming might be short lectures/ clinical cases done be member of SECEC. FB give opportunity to answer the question on line.
